A fully remote tech team partnered with us to design a four-day company retreat aimed at strengthening communication, reducing burnout, and re-establishing shared goals across departments.
With team members spread across several countries and continents, the objective was to create an experience that balanced productivity, genuine connection, and restorative downtime without the headache of planning logistics and activities. Offsite Thailand’s hospitality and program team handled the entire retreat end-to-end.

Following the retreat, we reached out to the remotely distributed company to check-in on how they are doing since the retreat. Despite not being able to name the client at their private request, they shared with us some positive takes from their remote retreat experience with Offsite Thailand:
